Smart Tank
The Smart Tank is a complete solution with fuel management, administration and inventory. The equipment has a capacity of 25 m³ mounted in a 20-foot (6-meter) container, which makes it a double-walled overhead tank, allowing any leakage from the tank to be contained by the walls of the container that acts as a pool of containment capable of supporting the entire volume of the tank. It comes with a 130 lpm flow rate skid.
Differentials
Compared to conventional tank/sink sets, the Smart Tank has the advantages such as:
- Be more compact (Dimensions: 6.0 m x 2.44 m x 2.60 m – 4230 kg), allowing electrical equipment to be protected from the elements, protecting it from rain, wind and hail.
- Because the container is closed at the top, the equipment eliminates the need for routine emptying and periodic cleaning of the containment tank.
- Access to equipment controls restricted to authorized people, both at the time of supply and after the completion of activities, avoiding misuse and theft.
- In addition, since all components are included in the product, the equipment makes the environment more organized and clean after use.
Components
A set of valves combined with a powerful motor pump allows the agile movement of fuel both from the delivery truck to the tank and from the tank to the supply vehicles. The set is completed by a filtration system that eliminates small impurities contained in the fuel and another that electronically measures and records the volume dispensed. The equipment can also be expanded with the incorporation of a stock control system (local and remote), access control system, bathroom, office and the most varied solutions that the client can imagine.
It comes with a managment and controls system that enables:
- Opening, closing and shift balances.
- Sales settlement
- Transaction balance
- Vehicle identification with iButton, magnetic rings, NFC, barcode and QR
- Allows the entry of additional information such as plate number and odo/hour meter.
- Product pricing configuration.
- Recognizes the GPS location of the offices, relating it to the transaction.
- Totalizes transactions and volume shipped by product during the shift.
- Sending transaction and sales reports via email so that the person responsible for the operation has records in real time.
- Stores in memory, in software and hardware, records of: Fleets, Transactions, Equipment and Shift Closings
- Printing of dispatch receipts and shift closures (printer sold separately)
- Restriction of shipments by volume, by vehicle and equipment.
- Authorizes the on and off of the transfer pumps and the opening and closing of the solenoid valves.
